Return Policy
Our returns & exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Kartavo for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. Customers have to ensure that they
have not used the product and kept them in its actual condition with tags, and packaging. One thing to keep in mind that Returns is a proposal provided by sellers of respective products and products
listed under a particular category can have a different return policy. For details please do refer to respective item’s return policy on product page.
Return or Replacement request of the Products should be initiated within 07 days of Delivery in case of Wrong or Unsatisfactory product. However, we request to initiate return request of
Damaged product or empty parcel or missing items within 2 days of delivery.
Returns or exchange are accepted under the following conditions
- Wrong Product – Wrong color, size or style
- Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic, Low Quality or Expired
- Damaged Product – Physical damage, Tampered product or packaging
- Wrong Quantity – Missing Products or Parts
- Wrong item ordered or delivered
- Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning this will Not applicable, if the product is covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty
- No Invoice or Warranty Received – only for Electronics products
Conditions under which return or exchange request will not be accepted
- If Products are damaged or Used
- No product will be accepted without original Packaging like price tags, labels & accessories
- If Serial Number of the delivered product is tampered
- If the Defective product is covered under Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or the if return request initiated after 7 days of the delivery
- In Case of Damaged or Missing product reported after 2 days of the delivery
- For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page and Terms & Conditions page
- Few products are Non-Returnable. Please refer to the product page for further reference
- In case the product was damaged while in your possession, Kartovo will not be under any liability to process the refund/replacement
